For the extraction of various types of products (dust, sawdust, swarf, chips, refined, shredded) mixed together or homogeneous, previously stored in bunkers, silos or on the ground.

The feeding systems are designed, built and tested to be used without residual risks due to start-up, use, transport, installation, assembly and disassembly, maintenance and repair.

The technological choices, defined in the design phase, the high quality of the materials used for construction, the accurate execution of the components, the correct assembly and strict testing make it particularly reliable over time.

The operation provided for this type of service is continuous (24/7). The machine is generally started/stopped by a centralised system with functions according to the purposes.


Inspection capability

The extraction systems are designed to allow maintenance operations to be carried out, or at least the internal parts to be inspected, very easily.

Product extraction

The extractor is structurally designed so that the product is progressively unloaded. This characteristic, in addition to the structural configuration, aids the uniform extraction of the product. This prerogative increases the possibilities of choice, especially in plants requiring the extracted product quantity control.

Variability and calibration

The extraction cycle varies based on the real needs of the plant that the extractor is connected to. The calibration device is part of the motorisation unit. Access to this device is provided through manual systems with MANUAL actuation on the motor, or remotely or AUTOMATICALLY through inverter or amperometric control on special plants.
In other words it is possible to “calibrate” every extractor to the specific needs and features of each installation, fully using the machine’s characteristics and thereby obtaining, in each specific case, the best output.


The extractor has been designed for heavy use and is, therefore, normally made of materials that allow its classification as “machine for continuous operation”.
