Nazzareno is proud to present the BASIC SOLUTION line, which is aimed at providing standardized solutions for the needs of its Clients.          

In fact, while we often design, manufacture and install complete and turn-key solutions, we are now also giving our Clients the possibility to adopt a more rational and optimized solution by purchasing our BASIC SOLUTION blocks: grinding section, drying section and pelleting section.  

In short, thanks to these pre-packaged solutions our Clients are able to get what they need for a pelleting plant quick, easy and at reduced costs.
Even further, with the same blocks our Clients will be able to optimize and improve their existing pellets, thus saving time, energy, and most importantly obtaining an excellent final product.    

GRINDING SECTION       
At the core of our grinding section are our DYNAMITE hammer mills, which are sturdy and solid machines,   that give our Clients the possibility to reduce the granulometry of their product and work in a steady and reliable way.  

DRYING SECTION            
Entirely designed, developed and realized by us, our E.N.N. Belt Dryers are a state-of-the-art technological solution, that allows you to dry most products with the utmost degree of safety and efficiency.              
 
PELLETING SECTION       
Lastly, with our pelleting section, we provide our Clients with the most appropriate solution in terms of pelleting technology. Thanks to our technology, our Clients can obtain a top-notch quality final product that is subsequently cooled, dedusted and packaged according to their necessities.
